I'm so glad i found things i can do at home. Mom of 2 wish me luck. You rock woman. Thanks for helping us moms that can't get to the gym. Lol or don't want to be stared at while we try to lose the baby tummy.
good video!
i didn't realize running was the only thing that burns fat. So many people must be wasting their time cycling and swimming etc.
you're working on your abs, so they grow and they push the fat/flab forward wich will make it look like your pregnant again (oké not so extreem but still it pusches your fat forward), if you want a flat belly do cardio, after that you can still work on your abs
actually, running for ENDURANCE is the only thing proven to get rid of fat effectively. :P and she said to TIGHTEN the muscles. in tightening them it will help a lot, and show the abs.

I'm not a woman but as far as I understand the woman's muscles in the ab area are loosened and extended due to giving birth. You need to do ab exercises and exercise in general to tighten all those muscles back to pre-pregnancy level.
IF YOU DO NOT AND JUST WAIT FOR SEVERAL YEARS, THOSE MUSCLES WILL PERMANENTLY BE LOOSE AND YOU WILL NEED CORRECTIVE SURGERY.
